The Sullivan Group Case Study

A bold and modern rebranding of Denver’s legendary real estate firm The Sullivan Group

The Sullivan Group needed a bold and fresh look and feel that was both approachable and professional. We began with the brand platform, crafting their positioning, narrative, values, personality, and tone. From there, we created a new logo and identity system with strong typography, crisp color palette, and even a gorilla illustration.

Using the brand platform as our guide, we restructured, wrote, and redesigned the website to toot The Sullivan Group’s horn, highlighting their impressive years of experience and the relationships they’ve built along the way. Our favorite features of the website are the custom illustrations of team members and a timeline detailing the incredible legacy of the late and great Jim Sullivan, the force who started the company decades ago.
